I found Platinum Carbon black ink and Britannia&amp;#39;s Blue Waves ink (from the Noodler&amp;#39;s United Kingdom Eternal series) too dry for fountain pens, but quite lovely in the Kaweco ink rollers.  The good folks at &lt;a href="http://www.shopwritersbloc.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Writers Bloc&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; found Noodler&amp;#39;s Aircorp Blue-Black ink to work well in ink rollers and some members of &lt;a href="http://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/" rel="nofollow"&gt;&lt;b&gt;The Fountain Pen Network&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt; find that the Noodler&amp;#39;s nations (UK, Russia, etc.) Eternal series are dry for fountain pens, but work well in Kaweco ink roller pens.  So, those are good starting points.
